Description

Pre-competition weight loss is a very special element of competition preparation. I know it. I was a National Taekwondo Team athlete and I know the weight cutting from the inside. I also have made my PhD research about it and I know the risk of every weight loss method. I have a unique knowledge combining this two areas. I can give you solutions to achieve the best results and protect your performance and health. You will have my support all the time before the competition – not only before the weigh-in but also after – so you could properly recover and start at your highest potential.
What you can expect in Weight Management Plan:
live meeting (in person or online) for data collection (measurements, diet, lifestyle, goals)
working together to set the goals and the plan of day-by-day action
recovery plan
live meeting (in person or online) about the WM Plan implementation
supervision, continuous evaluations and adjustments (via phone/email/skype/facebook/whatsapp) – especially in last 2 weeks before weigh in
