We will start with a consultation and collecting of diet, training and lifestyle information – live or online (sometimes I need to contact you afterward to confirm additional details).
Then you will receive your Personal Nutrition White Paper:
● evaluation of your individual nutritional needs and athletic goals
● extensive analysis of your current diet practices
● pros & cons of your current food diary
● your eating habits analysis
● eating habits which I propose to work with
● plan for your future changes
● general recommendations
● ideas for meals and snacks
● some suggested recipes
After you read the Personal Nutrition White Paper we will schedule the meeting so I can explain everything or you can collect questions and I will answer them by email, messenger or WhatsApp. It all depends of your preferences and schedule.
To take as much as possible from our time together, you will have to take some time to prepare for the consultation by making your food diary and some anthropometric/physical/medical measurements (depending on your situation and goals).
